About 4 weeks ago had a Lite Lift performed by Dr. Larry Nichter. I live about 2500 miles from Newport Beach, and was concerned about having this surgery and not being able to recover in my own home. However, Dr. Nichter's reputation and expertise was what brought me to him and so I proceeded. All went well. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. Dr. Nichter was caring, answered all my questions and was very available in the immediate post-operative period. In addition, all those who work at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery did an excellent job of supporting my needs. Thanks to all. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Nichter is the best and he had great experience and knowledge of plastic surgery. He gave me right recommendation and consistent it when I wanted something wrong. The surgery was easier than I expected. The first day, I did not have breakfast pre-op, and just slept for whole day post-op. The second day, I woke up and looked at mirror, I saw my higher nose, big eyes and longer chin. I loved my new look right away. I also don't see any wrinkle on my face as usual. I felt great that moment. My face was swollen(so, no wrinkle), and bruise only under my chin. I had some soup and fall sleep again till third day. I did not have any pain but still had bruise under my chin. so I took pills to help my bruise. On fifth day, all the bruise were gone. It is 7th weeks now. I look great:-) The process was easy. All I need to do is follow Dr. Nichter's order.

Went to Pacific Center for non-surgical treatments. Everyone from the front desk staff to Pamela the aesthetician, Linda the aesthetic nurse and both Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Nichter were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I never felt pressured to do anything. I was educated on what options were available to treat my concerns and was able to decide from there. They offer a lot of different treatments for people not quite ready to have surgery, which was the case for me. I will definitely be back again to have more skin care treatments.

I went to Dr. Nichter for the mommy makeover in Nov. 2012. From the start, Dr. Nichter and his staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They answered all my questions before and after the procedure. The surgery went prefect with and I felt well prepared and informed on how the recovery was going to be. The best part is the thin and well placed tummy tuck scar which is completely hidden under my new bikinis (YES.. I’m back in a Bikini after two kids!!!) and NO scars on the breast enlargement! I recently had a mini-lift, blue peel, eyes and neck procedures by Dr, Nichter. Through I am still going through the healing process, i am pleased with the results. For those of you that are worried about having pain, doctor makes sure you are totally relaxed and painless. As I was being prepped, the nurse have me adivan and said it should take about 15 minutes to work. Well, I don't think it took 5 minutes and the next thing I knew, I was on my way home. The blue peel recovery, was painless and took about 10days. I would recommend that procedure for anyone who wants to have baby skin. The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer any questions.

Dr. Nichter repaired my upper lip, which was damaged during childhood. He showed great care, and did not want to proceed until I understood every detail of the procedure. The surgery itself was swift and precise. My smile is now greatly improved. I highly recommend Dr. Nichter to anyone. Dr. Nichter did my breast implant. He is so wonderful. He did a fabulous and marvelous job on my breasts. I am a 22 year old female who had Dr. Nichter for my plastic surgeon. He was amazing and truly cared about my wants, needs, and well being. Dr. Nichter was recommended to me by 1-800 my surgeon. I had done research on my own for several years and had some other consultations scheduled as well. I was rather skeptical at first but was pleased with the initial consultation with Dr. Nichter. Stephanie is who ultimately sold me on his services. She answered my many questions (even personal) and shuffled the OR schedule around to accommodate my short timeline. I was impressed by his vast experience and history of taking challenging reconstructions, but his bedside manner left something to be desired. I am almost 2 months s/p closed rhinoplasty and finally my breathing is improving. Overall, I am pleased with the cosmetic and functional results. Unfortunately, I desired a look that 'complimented' my other facial features and that isn't the case, at least not yet:) My nose looks very, very natural but not as flattering as I had imagined. I am well aware the final result is not completely evident til at least 12 months, but I was told at 6 weeks, the results were 90% of what to be expected. Again, all in all, no regrets, but I do hope some of the residual details resolve. My main discomfort and why I give an "overall" is due to "bedside manner". Intentional or not, Dr. Nichter is condescending. Being a health care professional myself and a cash payer (like most), I did not appreciate the tone of the visits. Follow-up office visits are very scripted and I did not feel my questions were answered, more skirted around and made to feel unintelligent as well as an inconvenience. I no longer feel comfortable asking questions...however, I also don't want to discount the short duration of the surgery, the minimal post-op pain, no post-op infection and professionalism of the rest of the staff. Dr. Nichter is definitely board certified, reasonably priced, and experienced. I hope this helps anyone looking for an honest review.

The office staff bent over backwards to schedule my surgery so that I could spend spring break recovering (taking time off work is not an option for me, and I don't have the sort of job where I can "take it easy"- I had to be ready to go 10 days after the surgery). Everyone in the office was great, and Dr. Nichter did a great job of giving me a jawline. I'm still a tiny bit swollen, but I'm the only one who notices. I no longer feel self-conscious about my profile- indeed, I don't even think about it anymore! Once all the swelling is gone, it's going to look marvelous. People even ask if I've lost weight. It's amazing what a jawline can do.

The office staff was very accomodating and able to schedule my initial consultation and then book my surgery as soon as possible, due to my urgent request. I was referred by a friend who highly recommended Dr. Nichter and his plastic surgery expertise. After meeting and consulting with him, I felt very confident to let him perform my procedure. I was on the market, searching for a plastic surgeon who can perform a blepharoplasty. I have been dealing with puffiness under my eyes for several years and was fed up with looking older than my age, especially given the fact that I do look younger than my age. I interviewed with four doctors and knew right away after my initial consultation with Dr. Nichter, that he was the one! The staff are super-friendly and attentive. About 2 months ago, i went in for breast augmentation and a breast lift with Dr. Nichter. I was very nervous, as i have never had ANY type of surgery.
