Dr. Nichter performed his version of the Quick Lift, which is a LiteLift® lower facelift. The procedure requires fewer incision and isn't nearly as invasive as a traditional facelift. It is also frequently performed under local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia. He also performed a platysmaplasty to tighten her neck bands and added fat to her pre-jowls.
